We have built five working demos to show what is possible: three school websites and two school management systems. They are not finished products to buy off the shelf. They are a starting point for a conversation about what your school needs, what it can afford, and how we can build it together.

What each demo offers

Every demo is fully clickable. The schools, people and figures are made up, and payments and downloads are simulated, so feel free to try everything. Each one shows a different style and a different set of features that can be mixed into a solution for your school.

School websites: how families find and choose you

Nursery & primary

Sunbeam Nursery & Primary

A warm, playful, colour-coded website for schools with young children. It is written for parents choosing a first school, and makes enrolment feel easy.

What's inside

  • Class explorer. Each class from crèche to Primary 6, with what children learn and a sample school day.
  • "Is my child the right age?" Parents enter a date of birth and see which class fits.
  • Clear fees per term, including sibling discounts, so parents don't have to call to ask.
  • Term calendar of holidays, open days and events.
  • Book a school visit with an online form, and a four-step guide to joining.
  • Kids corner: a small phonics letter game that children can play with their parents.

Why it matters: parents of young children often decide on the first visit. This site answers their questions early and turns interest into booked visits.

Secondary · day & boarding

Kingsridge College

A classic, dignified website for an established secondary school with history, tradition and boarding. It shows your reputation and sets out what families need to know about boarding.

  • The school's story and its houses, with each house's identity and achievements.
  • Campus tour so families can explore the grounds before they visit.
  • Academics with separate JSS and SSS tabs, and WAEC and NECO preparation.
  • Boarding life: a day in boarding, how parents stay in touch, and health and safety.
  • Admissions: entrance exam details, five steps to join, a requirements checklist and fees.
  • Text-size control for grandparents and anyone who prefers larger text, plus news, events and a contact form.

Why it matters: boarding families are trusting you with their children. A clear, well-organised site builds that trust before the first phone call.

International school

Lagoon Crest International

A bold, modern website for schools competing for ambitious families. It focuses on helping parents plan, compare and apply without leaving the page.

  • Learning pathway that shows the route from Year 7 through to university.
  • Subject finder that helps students see which subjects match their interests.
  • Fees calculator: parents pick year groups and options, and see a full cost breakdown with sibling discounts.
  • Tour booking with a calendar of available dates.
  • Admissions in four steps, with key dates, a document checklist, a downloadable admissions pack and a parent FAQ.
  • Clubs and school life, plus light and dark display modes.

Why it matters: families comparing several schools want answers straight away. Tools like the fees calculator keep them on your site and move them towards a tour.

School management systems: how your school runs every day

Desktop portal · 4 roles

Classbook portal

A full school portal for use on computers, with a separate view for each person in the school. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets and printed result sheets with one shared system.

What each role gets

  • Students see today's timetable, download notes and past questions, submit assignments and check results.
  • Teachers upload materials, schedule tests, and enter CA and exam scores in a gradebook that flags mistakes. Scores can be imported from a CSV file.
  • Parents follow term averages, attendance and teacher notes, download result slips, pay fees and message the class teacher.
  • The bursar or school office sees fees collected and outstanding for each class, with invoices, receipts and payment history.

Why it matters: result compilation and fee tracking take up weeks of staff time each term. One system saves that time, and gives parents answers without a visit to the office.

Mobile app · 3 roles

SchoolPulse app

A school companion app designed for the phone. Most parents and many teachers do everything on their phones, so this puts the school there too.

What each role gets

  • Parents switch between their children, compare results from one term to the next, read school alerts and pay fees. Fees can be paid in instalments (for example 50/30/20), by card, bank transfer or USSD.
  • Students swipe through their timetable, search resources and past questions, tick off homework and build a study streak.
  • Teachers take the register with a tap, enter scores one student at a time with large + and − buttons, post tests and upload files from their phone.

Why it matters: payment plans and USSD make fees easier for more families to pay, and teachers can do their admin between lessons instead of after hours.

Finding your fit

Which starting point suits your school?

Most schools need a website and a management system. These can be combined in any way, and features can move between demos. For example, the fees calculator could go on a primary school site, or the app could sit alongside the portal.

A solution that works for both of us

Every school has different priorities and a different budget. We would rather agree on something that fits than sell a fixed package. This is how we suggest working.

Begin with a website or a single feature, such as online results, and add more once it has proven its value.

We are open to phased payments, per-term arrangements, or other structures that suit your school's cash flow.

Your data stays yours

Student records, results and payment information belong to the school. We will agree clearly how they are stored and protected.
